The Fundamentals of Facility Management (FM) Training is an entry level program aimed at equipping the young FM practitioners with the right skills set needed to improve workplace productivity. In this training, we will explore Facility Management (FM) practice and discuss how attendees can successfully transition from their graduate degree to becoming a Facility Management Professional, enhance their service delivery, processes and resources, leverage the fundamental technical experience and skills they already know. Workshop 2: Operation and Maintenance

  • Basic terms and definitions associated with the operations & maintenance of a building.
  • Major components of Operation & Maintenance in any Facility
  • Planned & Unplanned Maintenance activities

Workshop 3: Managing and Tracking Customer Relationship in Facility Management (FM)

  • How to manage, track and measure customer satisfaction in FM
  • Customer satisfaction techniques/tools for in-house & outsourced Facility Management
