Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation NNPC is the State oil corporation through  which the Federal Government regulates and participates in the Country’s Petroleum  Industry. NNPC manages the joint venture between Nigeria and a number of foreign  multinational corporations that include Royal Dutch Shell, Agip, ExxonMobil, Chevron. NNPC Towers in Abuja, consists of 4 identical towers located in the Facility and employs  integrated Facility management services to support her non-core functions

Preparation of scope of work and cost estimates for rehabilitation and upgrade including provision of FM services for the operation and maintenance of the following: Janitorial / Cleaning, HVAC, Electrical distribution system and associated equipment, Lifts and Lifts  equipment, Water supply(including (boreholes) and plumbing, civil / structure, sanitary/ sewage and drainage system, power generating plant, architectural finishes, horticulture, cleaning, waste disposal, fumigation and pest control

• Secured contract extension for 1 year with no reportable accidents, procurement of energy for year saving client 20%.
